Welcome to VseSvit ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VseSvit mobile application provided by Iryna Tepalenko ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 Restrictions: You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers or networks.
2.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://vsesvit.web.app/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us.
4.2 Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the App, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the App or any of our products.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and the third party.
6.1 Disclaimers: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the App or through other communications. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
